Orientation Programme for Classes VI-X

An orientation programme was conducted for parents on 31^st January, 2016.Parents attended this programme in large numbers.

Mrs. Indira Kohli, Principal, DPS GBN, welcomed the parents warmly and informed them that the school had applied for a CBSE affiliation and would be starting Humanities, Commerce and Medical stream in the school.

The CBSE Regional level Science exhibition was held from 17 th -19 th December, 2015, in DAV Public School, Gurgaon, where 140 exhibits were displayed. Our school displayed two projects:

Celebrating multifarious cultures and festivals symbolizes the unity and integrity in a community, which is something DPS, GBN takes pride in. The Talent Hunt- An Extravaganza 2015-16

The School’s very first- The Talent Hunt- An Extravaganza was organised in the School today where the students of classes III to X showcased their talents in various categories.

The Hunt was organised to scour out the hidden talents all across the School. Whether it was in Arts, Music, Dance, Drama or Literary Expression or the Sciences- the idea was to explore and discover these skills amongst our students.

2nd Face to Faith Foundation Video Conference

2nd Face to Faith Video Conference was held on 3rd Feb 2015. The agenda of the VC was “The power of Story Telling”. It began with the facilitator introducing the special guest of the day – Ms Charlie Kane who is an artist and storyteller with a background in arts therapy.

We want to thank you for the new initiatives taken by the school especially in sports. Introduction of swimming as new discipline has helped my ward gain a lot of confidence, keenness to follow a regime as set by his teachers, more exposure owing to participation in various inter-school events.
