In the wake of prevailing Covid-19 outbreak, DPS, GBN embraced the new normal and commenced the Academic Session 2020-21 with its first move of introducing online classes.

Transport Department, Uttar Pradesh and DIOS, Gautam Buddh Nagar planned to celebrate "2nd Sadak Suraksha Saptaah" during October 6-11, 2020. The same was conducted in the school as per the provided guidelines.
Online tasks were given to the students on road safety with the assistance of teachers. The motive behind the task was to develop the students as a national power and to make them think about the development in which road safety plays an important role.

Students participated in the Generation Global Video Conference held on January 29, 2020 where they engaged in discussion with schools from India and Pakistan. 

The topic of discussion was- “Identity and belonging”. 

DPS, GBN was joined by all students, parents and community members in celebrating the onset of the festive season with a grand Diwali Fete on Sunday, October 20, 2019. The day was indeed a memorable one as families and friends enjoyed the Fair to the fullest by sampling culinary delights and shopping for handicraft, ethnic wear, gift items, toys, books and many other things. 

Class I students of Delhi Public School, GBN presented “Aladdin-The Magical Tale” at the school’s Tagore Auditorium .The show reminded us of the childhood memories  which  taught us a very important lesson to  value true friendship.  The show was full of zest and magical moments and was successful in setting new benchmarks of perfection, grace and grandeur. The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Venu  Bhardwaj, Principal, Kites School as Chief Guest, Ms.

DPS GAUTAM BUDDH NAGAR Celebrated International Yoga Day on 15TH MAY 2019.The students of different classes participated in the Yoga Assembly.
Various Yoga postures and Asanas  including  Pranayam and Meditation were illustrated before the students. The students were also enlightened on the benefits of yoga, yogic exercises and recharge the body with cosmic energy and promote self-healing process. It removes negative blocks from the mind and toxins from the body, helps in attaining focus and concentration that is especially important for the students.

A summer camp is an essential part of school life. It is an event organized in the summer holidays aimed at teaching various new skills to students in order to promote a learning environment and to equip them with real world skills, apart from the set academic learning.

DPS, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida celebrated ATL Community Day on April 14, 2019 on the occasion of Dr. B.R Ambedkar’s 128th birth anniversary. The day was a packed one with sessions, exhibitions and specially designed workshops for studentsof classes VI to X. The spirit of community was kept alive as 97 students of Vidya and Child SchoolShahpur Village, Sector 128, Noida joined the celebrations along with Mentor of Change Mr. Sandeep Sharma.

28 students and 4 teachers from Collège Félix Eboué, Fessenheim, Alsace, France visited DPS GBN under a student exchange programme from March 31- April 14, 2019. It was a unique opportunity for them to observe Indian culture closely as these twenty-eight students were placed with Indian host families. They learned about our language, cuisine, lifestyle, education and many other aspects of Indian traditions.
